Senatore Cappelli calamarata, perfect for simple or elaborate recipes. Outstanding with fish, perfect for surf and turf.

Even and regular, with the amber colour typical of “Cappelli” semolina and a distinctive, intense aroma and taste.

Cooking time 14 min. Best not stirred while cooking.

Allergens: Gluten.

Storage: cool, dry place, away from sunlight and sources of heat.
