Storage conditions Cool and dry place away from sunlight and heat sources Storage period 30 months Capunti are a typical Apulian pasta shape, longer than cavatelli, traditionally made by hand by imposing the typical index, middle and ring shape at the same time.

Tradition sees them prepared with broad beans and bacon but they also accompany the flavors of the sea and land-sea mixes such as zucchini and shrimp, beans and mussels very well.

The slow drying process to which they are subjected allows to maintain the quality characteristics of the 100% Apulian "Senatore Cappelli" semolina unaltered.
